Resetting a Password with the Fingerprint Reader

With the Fingerprint Login feature turned on (enabled), pharmacy staff will have the ability to easily reset their PharmaClik Rx passwords using their fingerprint.

Note: If you use your fingerprint to log into PharmaClik Rx and are then prompted to reset your password, the Old Password field will already be populated with your previous password. You will only have to enter your new password to proceed.

To reset your PharmaClik Rx password:

1. Select More > Security. The ‘Security Login’ window appears.
2. Log in using your fingerprint or user credentials.
3. Select the Password button. The ‘Change Password’ window appears.
4. Scan your fingerprint on the Biometric Fingerprint Reader. The Old Password field is automatically populated with your password (hidden).
5. Enter your new PharmaClik Rx password in the New Password and Confirm New fields.
6. Select the OK button.
